Who we are

Hi y’all! I’m Staci, Kentucky born and bred, raised at my grandmother’s heels learning to cook, bake, and garden—skills that fed my competitive streak and deep love of food. I started entering food competitions for fun, then dipped my toe into the booming world of BBQ contests and never looked back after winning my first event. That win sent me down a smoky, delicious path: I competed professionally on the KCBS pro circuit, appeared on Travel Channel’s American Grilled, Food Network’s Chopped Grillmasters, battled at the World Food Championships, and most recently brought the heat on Netflix’s Barbecue Showdown Season 3. I’m a caterer, wife, and mother, living on the family farm where I firmly believe the kitchen is the heart of the home.
